Why bootstrapping works

--

Bootstrapping works because it has to.

A start up uses other peoples’ funds to launch a big idea, to eventually gain customers, to pay the back the lenders.

But a bootstrapped idea requires meeting the needs of customers in real time, and using the reward of daily income to sustain, reinvest, and grow.

It isn’t the path to world domination in a market. It does focus your business on solving problems to meeting immediate needs. From day one, this also translates to resilience built in.
