The Inertia of Habits

If there is an area of your life you desire to improve or a skill you want to master, work on it every single day.

Daily habits are powerful, and not just because of what is accomplished while you’re actively practicing them.

When you do something every day without fail, it takes on a life of its own. It becomes an independent, formidable force.

If you wake up with low energy, feeling under the weather, or just lazy, the inertia will steamroll it.

Do the work. Invest in the habit.
