Some people look at a pile of steel drums and see a bunch of trash. Others see a thriving craft BBQ pit company.

For some, a massive, old school building with blown out windows is a fire hazard and a risk to public health. Others see the most incredible climbing gym ever known.

Thousands of acres of vacant land in the middle of the city appear to many as dumping grounds and hopelessness. Others see city pastures, forest gardens, and the most abundant food-producing city in the world.
