Proving the boss wrong

It was always very difficult for me to work for other people. Essentially, I struggled with having to follow bad directions. Pride definitely helped elevate my self-opinion, though to be fair I was a top performer in my positions.

Now, as an entrepreneur, my goal as the “boss” is to be challenged every day. If not being proven wrong, I’m not changing and improving.

As a small organization, I primarily lead the dissent, with my business partner (wife) the second greatest offender.

No matter the size of our company, I want to encourage a contrarian culture, to always push forward better systems.
