My smoothie

I have one at least of these calorie bombs almost every day, typically when breaking my fast. It’s incredibly satiating, loaded with nutrients.

  • 5 of raw egg yolks (from our farm)
  • 1–2 oz grass fed cream
  • 1 tablespoon collagen
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons grass fed whey protein
  • 2 heaping tablespoons grass fed yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • dash of cinnammon
  • greens powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • top with raw milk (helps with blending)
