My smoothie

I have one at least of these calorie bombs almost every day, typically when breaking my fast. It’s incredibly satiating, loaded with nutrients.
- 5 of raw egg yolks (from our farm)
- 1–2 oz grass fed cream
- 1 tablespoon collagen
- 3 1/2 tablespoons grass fed whey protein
- 2 heaping tablespoons grass fed yogurt
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- dash of cinnammon
- greens powder
- 1/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
- top with raw milk (helps with blending)
