Give thanks when the antagonizers appear. If you are doing anything meaningful, they will. Whether unjustified or not — when the attacks come from those who would rather criticize than construct, from those who administrate instead of build — give thanks.

They’re going to attack your weak spots — the chinks in your armor, the changing of the guards, they’ll find the unlocked windows.

Don’t become frustrated, let them inform you. They’re exposing what needs fortified, how to get better and stronger. See them as a strong wind or a heavy rain, patch and reinforce as needed.
