Hydrogen Peroxide

All my life I’ve basically been careening around getting scraped, scratched, and cut.

I haven’t grown out of this, either, as two of my current “jobs” are bike courier and farmer. That’s a lot of opportunity to break skin.

So as an expert in the field — pure conjecture no science — my preferred antiseptic is hydrogen peroxide. Always has been.

The sharp tingle and fizzing sound tell me that something is happening in my wound. I can see it bubbling away. It wins by engaging the most senses. Alcohol hurts like hell, but no sound. There’s some no pain clear sprays I’ve used that as far as I’m concerned might as well be water.
