How to Write a Letter When You’re Angry

Open up your text editor and type out everything you’re feeling. Don’t hold back.

Sleep on it. Proofread and edit it the next day.

Sleep on it again. Then proofread and edit it, specifically removing anything negative.

Sleep on it, and proofread again, making sure absolutely everything negative has been eliminated.

Should be good now.
