Habits are a language
Feb 17, 2021
One could compile a dictionary of words and determine syntax to create a brand new language. If this was singular focus, it could happen pretty quickly.
But language people use every day has been living and being created since the beginning of time. Concepts are adopted, words both impact culture and are born of it, then migrate to another.
The main thing that decides if a new phrase is going to stick, is it is used. It is useful, and repeated, until one day it is canonized.
In this same that way words make their way in and make up our language, actions build habits.
