Do the Hard Work
It’s never been easier to make some random product and thrust it upon the world. With no more than a laptop and some credit cards, you can automate and outsource a widget from start to finish 4 Hour Workweek style. Leverage Facebook and Google to test, target, and attack the market into submitting your desired cash flow. Make sure every female age 26–34 sees on all their screens what your data concludes they need, until they buy.
Or, you can listen and observe, with your actual senses, what the world wants. Put care, thought, and yourself, into creating something meaningful for others. When you are able to say it is good, offer it up, and take notice of the response. Repeat this until you have conceived that which enough people are delighted in that you can sustain, grow, and improve upon it.
The second path requires you to be more vulnerable, demands more of you personally, and certainly costs more — it’s also the work that matters and affects change.
