Committees

Since middle school, I’ve always had this sense that there are hardworking individuals, and cliques that critique them and hold everyone back.

As they get older, they become student council in high school, clubs in college, then various forms of administrators and bureaucrats as adults.

Perhaps there is an evolutionary reason for this. A sort of social checks and balance to keep things fun spinning off too fast.

Whatever the reason, you will always find greater contentment being the creator rather than the committee.
