“Adulting” in Business

Millennials love sharing when they do things that any human must do to survive. Why is a grown adult doing grown-up things worthy of a trending hashtag? It really irks me.

Then, I realized in my entrepreneurship life, my businesses have regularly been stuck in an adolescent stage.

Learning new things, how to handle all the unforeseen problems, and then getting things really rolling, that’s all fun.

Building a business where success is expected, failure is rare and sticks out. Co-workers know expectations, and proper tools are provided to get there. A place for everything and everything in its place. Time to get business adulting.
